Hi, I formatted the computer and I lost the key that I got by buying a copy of ace rpg maker xv, like I get?

did you buy it in the forum store or in the main store?

in the case of the forum store, your number is stored in your client area's purchases, just click on your name top right.

in the case of the main store, you can look it up in your main store account (if recent purchase) or you can send a support ticket with the email you used to purchase it to get the key resend (support link is top right)

I understood that before I gave you my previous answer.

No one can give you a key on the forum, and to get you your original key we need to know in which store you originally purchased RM.

This site has two different stores, and they store the key in two different places - if you purchased through the forum store, your key can be found in your forum account.

If you purchased in the main site store, you need to fill out a support ticket in the links top right to solve your problem.
