Keyboard Config plugin

Some minutes ago I watched Yanfly keyboard config plugin video on YouTube and I found that he/she say that keyboard config plugin is a part of the RPG maker MV starter pack. Where do I find the starter pack? How much do I have to pay for starter pack? Can I use YEP_Keyboard config for free like what have been said in yanfly term of use? Thank you

I think the author meant Yanfly starter pack not official MV starter pack.

I suppose you can find it on Yanfly's website?

Yanfly's plugins are free to use, for the time being at least. He has his own terms on his website, read it.
