RMMV Khas Ultra Lighting loading glitch

has anyone encountered this before and possibly know how to fix this? this is driving me crazy.
anytime when I enter some specific maps for the first time KUL breaks and preloads the lights for about half a second.

ALOT of people has encounter it, some even have some attempts
to fix it, and it's hard to get rid of it how khas plugin works.

you can lower it, but still visible.

most take a different light plugin to avoid that issue.

there is 1 plugin relative close to khas and have a plugin
with khas commands so you can easely switch, but the main part
isn't. (need to look for this plugin).

DAE LightningSystem is close, but I dont know if he is active for the
other plugin (paid).

other options are:
Ocram_Light Plugin (free, paid for commercial)
Shora Lightning (free, paid for commercial (currently has a bug to be fixed))
Community Lightning (free)

and there was another 2 I need to find.
which I dont know the name out of my head.
