When making a new request thread, it would be helpful if you follow this form:

Resource Type: Title screen

Maker Format: MV

Makers I Own: MV

Art Style: Customizable (my own drawn images and stuff.)

Description: I wish to be able to create an event in which when entering a world would show a title of some sort similar to how kingdom hearts treats new worlds. Something I can kind of throw into a cutscene and get it all down.

I have questions!

Each locale's logo has very specific animations to go with it. Are you looking to also animate each of the logos individually, or is a simple image fade in enough? Are you also going to be doing camera pans around the locale?

If you're looking to make bespoke animations and panning around specific locations in your map, I don't think there's a one-size-fits-all solution for eventing what you want.

I'm not sure how y'all, @sabao and @ShadowDragon have determined what he wants. It's in resource request, so does he want us to make animations for him? Or is this a request to ask how to do this? Or Is this a request for a plugin?

@TheAM-Dol The best I can guess is the OP doesn't know how to use events/plugins to make the camera jump and pan between locations in the map, and is asking for people to create the event itself.

Which...I don't really think goes in Resource Requests? It doesn't say super specifically, but all the examples of "resources" in the forum rules are artwork.

I think @Looperdooper would be best off doing a Google for (or making a plugin request, if absolutely necessary) one of the several camera plugins available for MV, then reading the instructions therein to see how to pan the camera independently of the player.

Still not clear on what it is exactly you are looking for? A miracle that scripts camera movement for you or just a plugin for moving the camera?
Galv and SRD both have one. I use SRD's but I actually recommend Galv's.

I couldn't figure out what he wanted exactly, hence the questions. The OP is very vague about the nature of the request, so I thought to pose some questions to help everyone else figure it out.

What I could gather was he intended to make the graphics himself ("Art Style: Customizable (my own drawn images and stuff."), so it wasn't a graphic resource kind of request. I assumed then, that he's looking for a plugin or event template he could just plug his graphics into (" I wish to be able to create an event").

Okay, let's clarify further:

About the logo: What kind of animation are you going for? Will you be creating a frame-by-frame sprite animation for the logo appearing, or are these things something you want to be able to control with code/the plugin?

About the background: You mention "Cutscene," so is this request actually for a title scene, or is it some kind of introduction sequence for newly unlocked areas like in Kingdom Hearts? Does the background also have to be a dramatic 5 second tour of the new map where the camera is dynamically moving around important/attractive locations in that map?
