Kitchen, bakery and food tiles that work with RTP (VX Ace)

Hi y'all!

My game is centered around a bakery/food shop, and I was wondering if anyone knew of good tiles for that. Anything that includes breads and cakes and stuff to be sold would be amazing, or any tiles with RTP style kitchen/bakery kitchen stuff.

Candacis has some on her resource thread. Look for 'Harvest Market'. If you scroll through the rest of the stuff there's at least one cupboard with shelves with bakery items on it.

Sadly white patisserie now seems to be closed as they had a huge range.

Tangentially related but does anyone know the pixel length limit for a tilesheet? Could I make one thats the usual 256 wide but super long?

No, that's only possible in RMXP. It's a fixed size for every other maker.

Really? Do you know how I can format it to fit a tilesheet then? The layout in the image doesn't seem to work.

You should really just read the stuff that is written on top of that page:

As it is stated above, those are not plug and play tiles, but a sheet that is supposed to be used for parallaxing.

There should be tutorials for this out there somewhere, but basically you just copy for example all the "Inside" tiles in your tileset folder of your project and use them as bases.
The walls and floor should go on A5, the rest seems to be for one of B/C/D/E

You can use Gimp and a 32x32 grid (View - Show Grid and Image - Configure Grid) to use as guidelines.

But on itself, that is a too large complex to write about as an answer here, and there are surely videos and tutorials out there, plus you will need a certain time to get the hang on it. It is an essential skill if you don't want to only use the default stuff, and also one noone else can do for you, as only you know which tiles you want on certain sheets.
