KNight Blade's resources: Terms of use?

Am thinking about a small project to take rmxp back up again and was thinking some of the recources of KNight Blade (the example game from rmxp) might be useable. But can't find any info of the terms of use. Are they considered a part of the rtp or is using them a big no-no?

I think you can use them. I used the robots before in a RPG Maker VX game. I pretty sure since the game is not encrypted you can use them. Just make sure you credit Enterbain.

Just because you can get at them doesn't mean you have permission. Never just assume with something like that. I'm sure someone on here actually knows the answer.
