Just finished the demo. All I can say is give me a support banner. Okay I lied there is more to say. This game was amazing, It has humor, emotion, a real classic rpg feel. It really pulled me in and I felt Jhet when talking about his father. It was really touching. The only recommendation I would suggest is to place a quest system. Even though it seemed very direct, I still got lost in the exploration of things and sometimes lost track of the goal. Also when coming back to the game a couple days later, I almost had forgotten what I was to do. But all in all, as said this game was amazing! Keep up the great work, and I look forward to the final release, or at least the next demo update.
Hey guys, sorry it's been a while. Just popping in to say I'm still working on Knights Of Gaia in my free time, between my other projects. One of them being an adventure/story game about my character Luto!
You can find out more about this project by becoming a *******! https://www.*******.com/strangagames
I hope to add a screen shot of KOG in the next week or so.
Oh my goodness this looks so cool! I love the retro feel and the way you did the mapping for the house/farm - like, when he goes to walk outside and it reveals the outside of the house without changing screens? Nice idea using animated screenshots to show the game off as well, any time I see someone do that in the post (or front page) of their game, I instantly feel drawn to it.
