Hiya,

So my problem is that after battles in MV, transitioning to menus and battles creates some kind of laggy delay. I have tested this with a project using plugins and a fresh project without plugins. Everything is up to date using Rpg Maker MV 1.5.1.
The delay itself is maybe a second or two longer than normal, so it isn't game breaking, but its rather tedious. I have also searched around and seen that others have had a similar issue but have seen no solution so far... Any help would be appreciated.

Edit:After some more testing, I found out opening and closing the menu excessively causes the delay in transitions.

My PC specs are pretty decent:

Intel(R) Core i7-6700k CPU 4.00GHZ
16GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB

It's possible it's because the game loads as it's used.

In other words, it might be worth trying to get a preloader plugin to load battle and system information before the game starts.

I can also replicate in a fresh project (MV 1.5.1) that opening/closing menu many times eventually leads to it taking over a second of loading time when both opening and closing the menu (with large FPS drops in the FPS indicator). This is more noticeable and happens faster in menus that use more graphics, but does happen in default MV for me.

It's as though the old memory leak bug exists but I cannot see much change in memory usage for some reason.

I, too, have an Nvidia card, not sure if this is a common factor here, but had to mention that others are experiencing this.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
