In case you don't find what your search, here a tutorial to be able to do the same as your example:

This looks exactly like what I'm looking to do! Thanks! (Right now, I'm struggling with the "script call" the author mentions. I've copied the first part into the appropriate existing script, but can't figure out how to 'call' the second part. I've put it - verbatim - into an 'advanced/script' inside an event, but .. nada. Still figuring!)
Edit: DANG. I knew that might happen. I figured out my issue - I was actually correct in how I used the script. Unfortunately, it conflicts with Yanfly's Message Script I'm using... Hmm. Let me see what I can come up with!
Edit 2: ...and actually, after reading a bit more - I don't know if this specific script manages the picture layer issue directly. It DOES allow you to manage length, width, and x/y positioning of your window, which will work if I want to put the window to the right of the image (that IS a possible solution) but I think it would be easier - and look better - if the picture layer was on top of the message window.
MY SEARCH CONTINUES!!!

(Thanks everybody.)
Edit 3: MY SEARCH ENDS!!! (aka, that sneaky SO
Well, I JUST found the answer - DON'T work hard and try and code the picture ABOVE the message window... Make the character AND the message box "the picture"!... (I can't take credi
t - I found the answer in the website owner's response...)
Oh, the Message Box in the screenshot is a picture. Which is what you can see in the screenshot. As far as I remember, Pictures appear below the message box window so I had to make it transparent and make the message box a picture.
Sooo, that's a good trick to know!
