I love rough work. Something about just having a rough piece together, pencil marks and eraser marks on a sketch. Or rough concept art for environments and people. Love it. Keep up the good work.

your environments are significantly better than your characters.

use real-life people as reference; learn to draw by studying anatomy, not anime.

The best way to get going on concept art to just dive in there and grind. Looks like you've got a start on that. Looks like you're not afraid to experiment too. Feng Zhu and David Levy have some really cool tutorials that help with all kinds of stuff.

The clothing and hut concepts from this year look quite strong. It does help to study human anatomy though. I tend to draw really stylized characters too, but you gotta know the foundations.

...I think that's how CLAMP manages to get away with insanely noodley characters that still make sense...

Actually, if you really a fan of anime, you should know that you can learn a lot from them.

I didn't study anatomy, even my father didn't. But he's really a good artist! On the other hand, I'm only good at drawing manga and anime.

Anyway, OP, good drawings. keep it up!

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
