I haven't found a plugin that does this exactly so I figure with some help I can make it.
Im looking to have some skills tied to weapons or armor.
If you have Savage Sword equipped you gain the skill Wild Slashes,
while equipped you can use it as if you learnt it, changing weapons will unlearn the skill however.
I want to put custom conditions such as Kill 30 goblins and then the skill is yours permanently regardless of your gear.
I know with variables we can keep track of progress for these skills. Im a little unsure where to start for learning and unlearning the skill based on equipment.
