Hm just beat it, and there's no gameplay after the boss, so evidently I missed some things? I don't miss things, wtf is up.

There's an area in  a dungeon(in a pit in like in the first dungeon of the game, there's a passage way that leads deeper into the dungeon) that wont allow you through , there's two NPC quests I can't beat, because I can't find the enemies that drop them(there's evidently a handful of enemies I have yet to fight), and in the Pyramid I'm missing only the item "just" called Creation.

That's all optional stuff. The passage in the Ogre's cave doesn't actually lead anywhere -- it's just to give the impression that the cave is deeper (so that the ogre doesn't just live in a hole), but if you can find all five of the Creation Pins and the Zenith Pin, you can unlock the Pyramid and fight the superboss, Rift Entity. There isn't any story content you've missed.

Oh ok, so the cave doesn't actually go deeper, developers so shouldn't do that to the player, it will drive them nuts(put rubble in the way or whatnot instead).

Also yea I figured it didn't have any relevance with the story.

I guess I'll load up my last word map save, and hunt for the monsters I haven't ran into yet, so I can do those 2 NPC quests(one of them must give the final pin of creation as a reward).

Heh heh heh... perhaps that's what I intended? Anyway, I base a lot of my game design on the C-RPG genre. They usually have similar things in them and a lot less signposting.

And yes, the NPC quests should net you the last of the Pins. You also need the Zenith Pin though, which you get by taking the two Golden Images to the Shrine of Hate. As for the monsters you haven't fought yet, you can find out what they are if you have the Mysteries of Dynastland expansion installed. There will be a man in Cloudspring who will fill out your Beast Book if you complete a quest for him.

That's so mean.

I told you, I don't miss things(I so wasn't joking when I said that, that's why I was shocked that I was missing more then a few enemies in the book), once I was able to freely explore, I got the optional summons(I have all 5, which is suppose to be all of them in the game), and I got the Zenith Pin through that Shrine. I also got everyone Duel Wielding, to give you an idea how thorough I was(nice reward that was, I love being rewarded for going out of the way).

Oh ok cool, might have to check that out, besides more quests is always a good thing anyway :)

I've finally managed to finish this game! woah! What a game! Loved the story (it's so catchy^^) and the mapping is very well done! So anxious for the part 2 of the story!

Keep up with this good work!

obs: The link for the expansion pack is dead.

There needs to be a walkthrough of this game. I may have missed something as my party is having a hard time in the area after the fight with the guy in the mask when he takes the girl. I'm running out of healing and it's getting tough. A walkthrough or guide would be appreciated. :)

I am honestly going to say, this game is probably gave me the most intriguing questions and excitement as of now. It looks so flawless, I really want to play it.

For post ^ me, I might play through this game blindly, if I ever get the chance.

I just wanted the walkthrough for hidden items/secrets. I wouldn't mind a spoiler-free walkthrough if there is one. Maybe I should just start over though. I think I did something wrong or missed something.

I'm building up Lann as a tank giving him HP, Attack, Defense, Accuracy, and Threat. I'm also building up Liara as a Healer giving her SP, Defense, Intellect, Agility, Accuracy, Critical, and HP. Is this good? Or should I change it?

And how do you buy back AP anyways? It tells you can but there's no key given or prompt that says how to.

I'm more than a month late to respond to your question (I rarely browse the forums these days), but to anyone who isn't sure how to buy back AP, you just highlight the stat to remove AP from and press the left arrow key. You can take as much AP as you wish.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
