    Description of the Feature:
    • I would like to change the size of animation cels, so you can use higher or lower res animations.

    Why is this feature good?
    This feature is great because of the following:
    • Use higher resolution animations with higher resolution games.
    • Use animations with smaller frames, without adding lots of empty padding space to the source images.
    • Do it all in the animations editor, taking advantage of all its features.

    Possible issues with this feature?
    Issues that might arise from this feature:
    • I am aware that you can kind of stitch frames together to create animations. This is imperfect, because it takes longer and makes it harder to use convenience features like tweens.
    • Might confuse newbies?? maybe?? the whole animation tab is very confusing to newbies tbf..????????????

    I voted "Yes" for this feature. However, I don't know how will affect the performance, the preload features are not present in the RPG Maker MV at the moment, and some animations, (when you use a different Hue tha the default one) needs to load before it plays correctly in-game: in other words, lag and problems with framerate.

    Adding to what Oscar said. Even the default animations have issues with frame rate. They lag even with an 8core CPU if you don't let them Load!
