I dislike long and useless introductions so I'll go straight to the point. What are your computer specs? What do you have there? Intel or maybe AMD?

Let's share and discuss about them too (if you guys are up for it).

Here's my new piece of junk, I got it one month ago because my old AMD died all of the sudden:

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 Skylake 3.4GHz (4.0GHz Turbo), 4 cores 8 threads.
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 2GB.
RAM: 16GB DDR4 2133MHz.
HDD: 1TB (Games) + 500GB (OS & Software)
PSU: Corsair VS450 watt.
OS: Windows 10 Pro N 64 Bit.

Basically it's an ultra-low energy consumption i7 quad core but with octa core performance. Can handle even high demanding games like Arkham Knight and Shadow of Mordor without problems at all. I'm satisfied with it, especially considering that I got it at an extremely affordable price (770 only), normally something like this usually costs around 1100-1300. So it was a steal!

What about you guys? What are your PC specs?

Mine's a spunky little dear that can handle RMMV despite its small size:

CPU: Intel Atom CPU Z3775 1.46GHz, Quad core.

GPU: Integrated Intel HD 4400

RAM: 2GB LPDDR3 SDRAM

HDD: 32GB SSD + 500GB (keyboard dock)

PSU: <only the manufacturer knows>

OS: Windows 10 32-bit (free upgrade from Windows 8.1)

It's a fanless, low energy consumption tablet/netbook that can last upwards of 10 hours on a single charge. Plays most games in my collection well enough. Below is what it looks like:

@Susan:

A lot better than my old HP laptop.

Does the spunkly little dear have a much bigger cousin by any chance? I'm fairly certain it does, ahahah.

Yes, the little dear has a much larger cousin. Sadly, the cousin is a shy sweetheart who doesn't like to be noticed. ;)

Another laptop user. I have done a few upgrades to my laptop since it's my workstation now and it will take a while to build a PC.

I always build my own machines, I can't abide the pre-made things that are overpriced and filled with a whole buttload of software you don't want/need/use ever...

@Todeswalzer:

I agree and I used to do the same actually, it's certainly more fun and you'll spend definitely less.

I wonder if someone here has Intel Xeon E5 processors, they are very expensive but so damn powerful too.

It's not fancy - this is basically everything it came with when I bought it. I've only had it since August 2014 and already I've had the HDD replaced, as it went and died on me about nine months of use. And the battery died last month, so I have had to run solely on AC since then (so much for portable >.<) Knock on wood that there are no more problems before I can get a new computer!

If yours are a piece of junk, I don't know what mine is.   (xD *gets mesmerized by the shiny Skylake*)

Mine is a laptop, not that powerful, and I have some planned parts to build a computer, though I don't know when I'll be able to build it xD It is here. I'm not sure on getting i5 or i7 because I'm not too demanding xD

Recently changed some components in my computer. Also switched up with a new chassi for it :D  But I'm still in the group of: "good quality for economic users", when it comes to building my own computer xD

Everything in my computer is self-bought and self-installed. I can't stand the overpriced factory computers that either run like ****, or has a limited chance to replace parts.

Using a stationary computer and my follwing specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770S @ 3.10GHz Quad core, 8 threaded,

GPU: GTX 970 4 gig

RAM: 16 gig @ 1600 Mhz

MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V LX

HDD: 1X ADATA SP900 128 gig (SSD, using this for my OS). 2x Western Digital WD Green WD20EARS 2TB SATA.

PSU: Corsair CX600M,  600 watt.

OS: Windows 10 Pro , 64 bit.

Mouse: Razer Naga Hex Moba (Green).

Keyboard: Razer Chroma

Chassi: Cooler Master Elte 430

Heatsink; Cooler Master hyper 212 evo

I'm pretty satisfied with it, runs like a charm and I can play mostly anything on High/Ultra in 1080p :)

Nice, I have the same laptop too. Works like a charm! I used to use this old Mac laptop I had before I bought it and haven't looked back since lol.

Anyone waiting for AMD's new cards or the Pascal cards from Nvidia?

Get an i5. This is the most important part of your PC. The i3 will hold you back if or when you ever get a good GPU and will show its poor performance in applications like PS, Gimp etc etc, and if you get the i5 k series you can overclock the HD4600 graphics (or the CPU itself!) which can play demanding games at low-medium settings at decent resolutions. Games like Tomb Raider, Alien: Isolation, and Battlefield.

Great choice in keyboards. I have the blue version and it is seriously a killer for the price. Also, if you buy Windows from reddit, you can get Windows 10 for uber cheap from highly reputable sellers who even assist in downloading and installing sometimes.

Not a priority since my GTX 960 can handle everything just fine.

I'm looking forward to the GTX 1070 (not buying it for now though). It seems to be affordable and cheap too, they said it's even faster than the Titan X and costs only 420 euros here. Too good to be true, we will see.

And I thought my 16 GB was a massive overkill lol (how many programs do you run at once or does your music creation software take that much).

HDD: 3 x HDDs = 5TB total

I would never be able to use that much.

edit: that computer makes me jelly btw.  Please downgrade to not hurt my feelings. :(

According to my Asus laptop specs this is what I got:

CPU: Intel i7-4710HQ CPU @ 2.5GHz

GPU: GeForce GTX 860M

Memory: 8GB RAM

HDD: 1TB

PSU: Dunno.

I don't know my desktop specs off the top of my head - it's all custom built and just about everything in there is about 7-8 years old barring from some extra HDD's and a recent GPU (Radeon R9 290X) upgrade.

That's what I heard too. I'm far more interested in the 1070 and what it can do in SLI. If it is truly stronger than the Titan X then a dual setup is going to be a killer.

So I redesigned the player HUD and the Time Rewind message. Now they're all very animated and the clock actually spins backwards with cool particle effects before vanishing. Going to update the puzzle menu and mini map to look sweet next. Then I'll show it all animated. :LZSexcite:
