"Sweet" thread.
Warning, insanely large post...I used to have a bar years ago so don't be surprised pls. :D

I mostly like Kinder Ferrero (Italy) and Nestlè (Switzerland) products, my bar was full of all these things.

Duplo (Ferrero)

Duplo is made with a wafer, chocolate creme and hazelnuts...I used to have this at school pretty often.
I remember that I disliked the hazelnuts back then, so I had to remove them completely before eating it.

Kit Kat (Nestlè)

This one is basically wafer bars but covered with chocolate.
You're basically forced to "break it" if you want to eat it in a decent way, because the bars are made as a block (with either 2 or 4 of them together, it depends on what you want to buy). Nestlè made a "Break" pun about this and used it as advertisement, ahahahah. I still eat this one from time to time, I like it a lot.

Kinder Sorpresa (Ferrero)

My absolute favourite as a kid.
It's basically a small egg covered with milk chocolate and there's a surprise inside it, my dad used to buy this to me pretty often. I remember that everytime he returned from work he used to hide it in our house, and I had to find it if I wanted the surprise...I was 5y old and it was so much fun. I still have almost all the surprises, they're like a special memento of these funny moments. The quality of the surprises was very high back then, now I dunno what happened but atm they're just lame, I bought two eggs to my little sister a few weeks ago and I was so damn disappointed.
There's also an alternative called Kinder Sorpresa Maxi, it's a giant version of the egg with a bigger surprise (or a lot of small ones), so basically an Easter Egg.

Tronky (Ferrero)

Called also "The Unique Biscowafer", it's basically a wafer filled with chocolate cream and very small hazelnuts.
My brother likes this one a lot, recently they created also a few variations of it (pistachio, milk and cereal) but I dislike them both, I'm probably too used to eat the classic one.

Kinder Bueno - Black or White (Ferrero)

Bueno is a chocolate wafer filled with hazelnut cream and my favourite at the moment, but I prefer the white version more. This one is pretty popular among teenagers, I used to sell a lot of these back then in my bar.

Smarties (Nestlè)

My little sister loves these, they're some sort of chocolate confetti (of various colours) and pretty damn tasty too.
When I was a kid, I had the weird impression that their taste was different depending on their colour, but this was obviously not the case...lol

Kinder Happy Hippo (Ferrero) <- Cazhippo! HURGARGB! urghaurghra...this is your love!
They're basically wafer biscuits that look like an hippopotamus and they're both tasty and fun to eat, their expression is hilarious since they look scared...they give the impression of saying to you: Don't eat me pls!

The perfect thing to eat for sadists.
I'll stop now because this post is pretty damn big already, but I know a lot of other nice things too. :D

Those candies that Archeia posted are really really common here (you can find them anywhere in grocery/sweet stores), hell I had one of the sweets above just a moment ago.

As for mine:

-Gummies (I love these so much, even if I get sick at one point probably from too much consumption, I often will buy gummies when I see them though I'm not really fond of the ones that are covered in sugar, I prefer pure raw gummies)

-Milk Sweets (those chinese rabbit sweets are my favourites, but other milk sweets are fine too)

-Dark chocolate (I'm not entirely fond of chocolate but these are an exception, plus there's some health benefits to it)

-Pocky (those are really addicting)

-Skittles (these were pretty rare here about a decade ago and I often go to this only store that sell these before it got shut down. Then come recent years they've gotten pretty common. I like the sour ones more)

-Ferero Roches (also one of the exceptions for chocolate because it's so damn good but pretty expensive that I treat them as luxury food)

I tend to prefer things with chocolate.

My favorite is either Peanut Butter M & Ms or Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (the basic kind, but some variations are good)

I remember for a while my favorite was Milky Way. And Mounds and Snickers are great too.

I feel like I'm forgetting a lot of things because I have a serious sweet tooth! I'm sure Halloween will jog my memory...

I like the candy Archeia posted. But in this cold season(in my opinion), I and my family always eat ginger candy :) , the taste is warm yet sweet and well I can't descibe it, in fact I just eat one now ^__^.

My favorite candies:

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (my best friend says she doesn't know whether to kiss or kill the man who invented these!)

100 Grand Bar

Whatyamacallit (peanut butter crunchies, YUM!)

Lindt's Truffles --- their peanut butter chocolate one just has that gooey center. :)

Dark chocolate as well

Nestle's Crunch

Kit Kats

Not a big fan of candies with nuts in them, but I'll second Dragonspeech's like of (in my case certain) mint chocolate candies.  My favorite there MUST be Girl Scout's Thin Mints.  I know they're thin, but the amount I eat when I get them certainly doesn't keep ME thin. =:-O

I have a very nice Sugar-free Peppermint Mocha creamer I use in my coffee.  Sadly the creamer is only available from around now until after Christmas.

Also, apparently Japan has literally 50 flavors of Kit Kats for sale in Japan!  Some are obvious things like Strawberry Cheesecake and others are rather, well, odd.

Now I'm getting chocolate cravings...

My friend brought back a Sakura Macha flavored Kitkat from Japan last May and it was purely epic. I was expecting it to be a bit tea-ish due to the macha but no, it was sweet and full of awesomeness. If ever I get the chance to go to japan, I'll probably try to try all of the KitKat's there.

Here's the pic of the one he gave me XD

Whaaat? No sir! That is amazing. Japan has some amazing treats there. (POCKY! And the commercials are amusing to boot.) I do wish that a lot of the candy wasn't actual seasonal. However, it does make sense to do that.

Pocky commercial:

... Is serious business. Youtube. Can't seem to get it embedded, so the link.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JDw1AEf-7R4 (- Also yes, at the end: Men's Pocky. I believe it's just Dark Chocolate.)

The Pocky commercial looks more like a music video than a commercial.    Then again I guess Japan does things very differently than the US.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
