I am looking for a level up script that works like how leveling works in DnD and the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic games.
When you level up, you can put several skill points into "skills" which would be xstats, and you can also put a point into different xstats every other level or two levels. For instance, when I level, I would get 2 or 3 skill points to distribute into a variety of skills, such as Assault Rifle Skill or Medical Skill. Every other level or two levels, I would get a point to put into other stats like Constitution or Charisma. I also need this to be compatible with Yanfly's Status Menu (where I am displaying the xstats) and N.A.S.T.Y Extra Stats (this is the source of the xstats).

Yanfly Status Menu: https://yanflychannel.wordpress.com/rmvxa/menu-scripts/ace-status-menu/

N.A.S.T.Y Extra Stats: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/n-a-s-t-y-extra-stats.998/

If you need something to be compatible with an existing script you need to link to the web page where you got that script. That way if anyone who wants to help needs to check something they don't have to go hunting.

Please edit your opening post with the necessary links.
Thanks.

Sorry about that. I added the script links to my post.

This makes me think you would use a script for skill levels. Look for that and see if it is what you want. I know there is at least one.

Regarding the post above, try this script.

This is the one I know and it should work. It should be compatible and work for you.
Sorry for the really late reply, I didn't realize someone posted in this thread until today. I don't see any options in the configurable section for adding new stats, and I don't really know how to script at all if I wanted to change the rest of it. I am not leveling up any of the default stats, just the extra ones.

He mad, but he cute :kaopride:

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
