Hi, I looked on the system tab and I cannot find an option for a sound effect to play each time a party member level's up.

Can I request a small plugin when leveling up occurs a sound effect of my choice can be played?

this site does have a thread for that, search "level up sound effect" a post by "tale" but you can't configure the timing on the said sound effect, i asked about the same thing
