Licence to make Monetized Youtube Tutorials?

Hey There, How is everyone?
I am highly interested in making monetized youtube tutorials on the new RPG Maker MV, however, after reading over the end-user licence agreement. I get the understanding that I can not use the characters or items that came with the program for this purpose. Is this true?
Where can I get written permission that will allow me to make tutorial on youtube, with monetization set?

The Company shall license use of the Software as follows limited to cases where the User is a Licensed User. 1. Creation of original games (henceforth, “User Games”) using the Software (including the computer programs comprising the Software) and the assets (referring to text, music, images, etc., henceforth, “Company Assets”) recorded in the Software. Furthermore, the User cannot record or use, etc. Company Assets in the original games they create using creation tools, etc. they created or provided by third parties without obtaining the Company’s advance written consent. 2. To transfer, rent, screen, public broadcast, or make transmittable (henceforth, generally referred to as “distribute, etc.”), whether for fee or gratis, the User Games created in accordance with the previous Paragraph. However, in such cases, the User shall abide by the “Game Distribution Terms” appended to this Agreement.

The licence allows you to make and sell GAMES using the resources.

from what i understand in that text, i would need to get the approval to put the game i created on youtube?

The OP was talking about tutorials, not games.

If you simply wanted to do a Let's Play of a game, you could.  If you wanted to monetize it, you should check, because in that case it's not the game you're selling.  I suspect it would be okay, but it wouldn't hurt to send Luna a PM and she can follow up to confirm.
