Links to some past forum threads not working anymore

I use RMMV and was going to start collecting some generator parts from resources only to find that a large portion of the links either show error or do not work at all. Are they intentionally not working or is it something caused by the update to forums. I miss some of these resources and had been planning to start carefully selecting a few only to find that a portion of the MV links were missing and being an MV user they the most important ones for me...

Anyways could I please get a confirmation on which of these it is and an example of failed links would be well just try opening most of those links and see how many of them now exist as errors within the forum.

If the link goes inside this website, then it was broken by the forum update. You can still find the resources here by searching.
If the link goes to an external site, that resource has been removed by something else.

There are a lot of external resources that are gone after a year or two, because the people posting them either decided to stop dedicating part of their website to the makers, or because they used a free website and the hoster removed the part due to no longer being accessed or because it was on an RM-Forum that had been discontinued (two big RM-Forums were shut down about two years ago)

thanks for the reply, will do my best to manually search for them then, we have a lot of resources so having that previous thread link to the other threads was just very useful... anyways will do my best to re-find all of them and the links to outside the site work, but the links I need were all within the forum itself so sigh... thanks a lot Andar, will do my best to improve my searching skills...

Archeia explained in the welcome thread the tiny change you need to make to be able to follow old links. You don't have to manually search for them at all.
