L'James Notetag System v.1.1

This script serves to simplify work with notetags in custom scripts.

Features:

  • Execute specifed action when note matches with regex
  • Parse notes and automatically receive data from notetags by using special rules

How to use:

Script uses simple DSL to setup notetags.

LJ::NOTETAGS.extension do # Extension styling trait_parser create_parser.add_anon_matcher("[%s]"){|x| true} # Parameter schemes' registraion declare_features do register :power, hash:)percent).set_key_limit:)fire, :ice, :lightning) # Registers notetags like <power fire 150%> end declare_skill do register :piercing, trait end declare(RPG::Actor, RPG::Enemy) do register :undead, trait end endAnd then you can use obj.get_param:)name) or obj.name to retrieve data

Also you can use battler.get_feature:)name) or battler.name to retrieve data for parameters that are declared like features (they work like RPGVXA features)

P.S. Sorry for my bad english

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
