I was wondering if there's a plugin I can use that automatically opens the last save file without opening the save menu when you select 'continue' on the title screen.

you should be able to do this with a 'game over common event' plugin
if not i'll look into it, because i also hate games that return you to title screen. when games do that, like, why don't you just give me the middle finger while you're at it?

TSR_Title can do just that as it can have continue and true continue.
true continue continue the last saved file while continue opens the
load scene to select your save file.

works on title scene and game over scene if you set it to true.

Days ago I gave someone the sage advice not to steer away from your main project or take up another one to abandon the first. After figuring a way that would save me years of development, I am forced to redo a lot of stuff on my own turf, near to remake half of what I have already made.
Somewhere down the line I must have crossed paths with bad karma.

I found some inspiration and have started work on a Point and Click style exploration game in a dead mall. I am hopefully going to push MZ in some unexpected directions. I always love seeing the engine do things that folks might not expect. Its good to have found some direction. Thanks for the support a few weeks back when the writers blog was hitting heavy.
