Project: [ LOL ] The Legendary Chest of Junk & Loot

Engine: RPG Maker MV

Genre: Adventure

Flavor: Fiction, Comedy, Item Collecting

Style Goal: No Man's Sky I really appreciate their use of slightly desaturated but highly colorful gradients and softness. While my game is the same genre or play style and

won't be in 3D this is the style I would like to attempt in the 2D world I am creating.

Story/Character: You are "you" an item hoarding addict, one morning when you wake up to turn on your computer

to play your favorite MMO you find the login server acting funny. When you attempt to login something strange happens

and a pedastool for three chest appears in your room, then suddenly one of the chest spawns.

Do you dare risk opening this chest and unleashing the dangers and mystery inside?


Note: [LOL] ='s Land of Lulz is a larger series of mini games building towards an eventual larger more encompassing game world.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
