Long Lost Key

Hi,

I purchased my XP oh, I don't know, maybe a decade ago (about). Over the years I lost access to my buyers login account email and forgot my password. However, even though I lost the original XP download in a crash...I was sent a replacement when I messaged support with details of my purchase. Since then I've hit another crash that required a clean Windows reinstall. Hence, I've sent a request for another replacement key via support but no answer. Is there someone I can private message for help?

I believe that the support tickets management is in a bit of a transition at the moment so it may take a bit longer. So I would have some patience with that. However, that being said, those who could possibly help you at the moment have been tagged.

And, just a note for this time around - hang onto the key. Seriously, flag the email, write the key down somewhere, do something to hang on to it.

Thank you all for the replies! I think I did save the replacement key but I guess I must of deleted the email unthinkingly when I needed space in my inbox. Maybe I thought I wouldn't care...You never know how much you love something until it's gone.
