I purchased my XP oh, I don't know, maybe a decade ago (about). Over the years I lost access to my buyers login account email and forgot my password. However, even though I lost the original XP download in a crash...I was sent a replacement when I messaged support with details of my purchase. Since then I've hit another crash that required a clean Windows reinstall. Hence, I've sent a request for another replacement key via support but no answer. Is there someone I can private message for help?
