Looking for a Data base altering script for RPGMXP

    I'm requesting a script or add on to an existing script that with following features:

    the editable options found in the items tab of the data base added also to the weapons and armor tabs

    a field in the classes tab to assign items usable by a given class

    Power and Variance fields for Weapons.

    Something like this:

    Or to simplify my request, I could do with just a call common event button for weapons and armors.

    Nobody will be able to add fields to those tabs for you as that's the engine itself, and modifying it is against the terms of use. At best, you could get someone to write a script that will add extra parameters to the classes when they're loaded, but you'll still have to fill in all the information - via script.

    Ok, I could use something like that.  I'll need a script that will call common events for Weapons. 

    Something to the tune of, say I made some Weapons that I want to call a common event each time it's used in an attack.  The numbers for the common events I want called are 2, 5, 10.  the weapons I want to call those events are 5, 11, and 12.

    Call_Common_Event = { 2 => [5], 5 => [11], 10 => [12]

    (call common event id  => [Weapon id] )

    lol I hope I'm making some sense.

    I've been having decent luck with scripts that have module Wep s.

    I don't know what module Wep s is, so hopefully someone will understand that.


    When do you want the common event called? Just when the armor is equipped? Do you need to know WHO has equipped it?

    Im assuming that module wep is what this is:

    module Wep
        #            {Item_id => [actor_id]}
        Restricted_items = {2 => [1]}
        Class_restricted_items = {2 => [1]}
        Active_restricted_aplication = true
        Use_is_Aplication = false
        Show_application_battle_grafic = true
        Show_application_item_grafic = true
        Restricted_aplication = {2 => [4,1]}
        Class_restricted_aplication = {2 => [2]}
        Dead_cant_use = true
    end

    BTW I edited my request for the script to be for weapons instead of armors.  To answer your two questions, the common event would be called each time the equipped weapon was used.

    does not need to know who has equipped it.

    I'm canceling the request for a script.  Going in a new direction with what I was trying to accomplish and sticking to what I know (which isn't much).
