Looking for a plugin that adds ultimate attacks

Im looking for something that adds a skill like limit break or just an ultimate attack like in final fantasy

you need to give better descriptions of what you want, especially since not everyone has played the same games you have.
So it's a bad idea to make descriptions "like unknown game xy", you need to tell us exactly what you want and what the differences are to regular skills.

its a special attack the builds up during the fight. Its a skill that is very powerful

You can use TP it builds up overtime during the fight, just make sure you add Preserve TP in the class attributes. If you are looking for the same exact system that FFX has you can try Yanfly's Enhanced TP plugin.

While this would definitely work I just want to mention that Yanfly also has a plugin that is literaly FF's limit gauge right here: http://yanfly.moe/2016/02/06/yep-67-party-limit-gauge/
Though this works on the entire party instead of a singular character as far as I'm aware.
Gotta look and see what better serves your purpose, just throwing the options out there.
