Looking for a specific plug-in

Hi everyone!
So, I've been looking for an overlay plug-in that would stick an image to the screen on maps using notetags, just like the classic Show Picture event command.
I found a few great plug-ins but none of them has this option... Anyone knows where I could find something like that?

Thanks but it's not what I was looking for... I want to do the opposite of what this plug-in does
Guess I'll just use massive eventing.
