I want to just put a simple set of PNG Frames or GIF and run it on the title menu like how I would normally change a background from the Titles1/Titles2 folder

The only I way I can propose you myself, is to download a "Skip Title Screen" script and make an evented Title menu on a map. Then, in a parallel process event, have the background change to the PNG sequences you want at a time period. That's how I did my own title menu. Perhaps though there are less troublesome scripts just for an animated background.

Sounds like a good idea  but I've been seeing many title screen options, but some of them have weird effects like MOGs script zooms in too much and adds these crazy effects, I just want a hassle free way to put in a "very fast slideshow" sort of thing on the title menu, thanks for the answer though!

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
