Might not be 100% what you're looking for, but Avery made a sprite for the gazer battler. Hiddenone even made a SV battler for it.

Avery's blood bats are good. They are under SPRITES, FACES & BATTLERS > MONSTERS.
They also have a battler, and one eye. Not a SV battler, a static one.
If that's not good, you could ask @SmashArtist, he has a workshop.

I wouldn't actually call them Blood Bats. I think Slime Bats is a more accurate term.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
