If you are still looking for a translator on some of them, this service is pretty affordable and I had no problems with it. I used them to translate a few Terms of Service that were not in english. http://www.onehourtranslation.com/

I think standard translation service is .20 a word.

If you would like to use these in a secondary distribution (commercial game) it is OK as long as you contact the author of the works to see if your game is applicable. If you are given permission to use these resources you must place the url (or link) to your game in the FSM Request Form. If you make modifications that you wish to use you must also post a request to the FSM. Finally you must use the logo (Face Gras) in your game introduction. (in other words, when you boot the game, it must show the logo first).

As for FSM, I believe that denotes to Original Post.

Old materials are no longer available and cannot be redistributed. If you still have the old materials, you may use them but will inherit the current terms of use.

I think these are the two points that concern you the most. This is not word for word so that it can easily be read.

First bullet:
