Looking for icon/name display overhead

Hi I barely got back into VX Ace and I remember having a script that allowed me to see NPC's names/icons overhead if you gave the NPC's names. I am not talking about Yanfly's ace message system. Here's an example below.

I understand that this is not the VX Ace version of RPG Maker but it looks identical to this except you can put icons before their names. Can someone please help me spot out the script? I don't want to individually event out the names either, there was a script that allowed VX Ace to see NPC names like this!!
