Hello everyone!

I am looking for larger animated Hexagram tiles.  The ones that come with VX Ace are nice, but I'm looking for something larger.  Like around 96x96 instead of 32x32.  I tried enlarging the stock ones, but they comes out kinda blurry looking at the larger size.  I'm not set on any particular style.  I just would like something red, or black, but would prefer red in color.

Thanks!

Re-sized it with an option that reduces the blurry...ness...
They are pretty much the same ones, just... bigger.

Is it more like what you're lookin' for?

You might almost be better off parallaxing something in photoshop.

Thanks Crazy_Leen, but they are kinda blocky looking thought.

@Captainproton, I am not sure how to do parallaxing, and I only have gimp to work with.  I know gimp works mostly like photoshop, but I'm still learning how to use some of the more advance features on it.

Sorry, I should have been clearer on the problem.

The one of the right is the one you posted.  The one of the left is the one I just stretched to the size I was looking for.  "Blocky" is the best way I could describe it.  The one just stretched out, looks a bit to fuzzy from being stretched to a larger size.

GrandmaDeb, I do like the ones you did.  They look very nice.  How do you recommend to animate them properly since I will not be able to just do a simple walking animation option for it.

Animate it the same way a chest event would animate.

You would use the "turn" directions in Move Route, rather than Stepping animation. If you want it to keep animating, rather than just once, set it with a custom move route of turn left, turn right, turn up, turn down, with the repeat box checked, and the frequency set to however fast you want it to loop.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
