Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a programmer/scripter for my Horror RPG that is in development called Tear. It started off as a small demo on Game Maker that got pretty popular on deviantart so I'm remaking it using RPG Maker with better art, music and concept all together. I already have multiple artists including myself as the main artists, a composer, editors and concept artists. There are also a couple of people helping with minor programming but I am still looking for a main programmer. Everyone is dedicated to this game and hope to see it through till the end.
Requirements:
-Dedication
-Experience with RPG Maker VX Ace and Ruby
-Time
-Must be free (unless youre looking for an artist for a personal game than I could help for help in return)
Time: The development for the game won't be getting serious until summer after school ends but I will need a programmer by then just to start with the basics and hope to finish a new demo by the end of summer. It could become an on and off project depending on how busy everyone is but we will see it through till the end.

Development so far:
The initial plan of the entire game is 1 third done and hope to be finished before summer.
The composer has already put out a couple of songs
Art is currently being developed
