Loose leaf character creator problem

ok let's cut to the chase, my problem is that when i finish making my character on loose leaf the picture is completely black i can't even see the sprite i need help anything is appreciated

After you hif the "PRINT" button on your keyboard on the browser, where you have the sprite created. Then you need to open up any picture editor software, I recommend paint.net.
There you can press "CTRL & V" and then the character should appead. (\s/)
If you use paint.net you can open a new picture first then insert it, because it automatically sizes the new picture to your copied picture. /)

On keyboards you may need to look for the key "Print Scrn" "Prnt Scrn" "Print Screen" or some variation.

It basically takes a copy of your screen which you can then paste as stated by Cheeky Moon.
