I ordered RMXP in mid-2017, but lost my license key after replacing the now-dead computer that RMXP was installed on. I still have an account and an order history, and sent a support e-mail on the sales page (zeroes for the lost number). Still, I've heard that tickets with a Gmail address tend to vanish; what should I do if I've never ordered from a different address?
