That's looking really good! I really like your new grass, it's just right now. You're aware of the seam problems on the rock wall tiles and water, right?

Yes, I noticed that one pixel border only after I posted the map in the Screenshot thread, but it should be fixed in the below image.

The cliff seems to tile better now.

I'm thinking of doing a custom sprite base as well. Since I'm using heavily modified Genesis edits. What with the plans I have for Black Tempest, everything has to be custom.

@Haru: Yeah, my pixel style is deliberately 16-bit, old school retro stuff. =)

Might as well stick this here. It's for a sci-fi fantasy that's in the infant stages, meant to pay homage to classic Phantasy Star titles.
