Was looking all over and just can't get an answer yet. Everywhere and anywhere it says step one is to "Copy Luna Engine Base". I just can't find where the Luna Engine Base is? I do a search on my comp, turns up nothing. I look in RPGMaker folder, just says Project1, Project2, etc. Where is this engine? and or the files to copy?

I bought it on steam, it says I have the Luna Engine as DLC, but no clue where it is and or how to launch it separately. In the pictures above the top left part of the screen says "Luna Engine Base" where as mine is just the symbol for RPG Maker.

How do I even launch this thing and or find it's files?

UPDATED

Hello everyone, if you had the trouble I did (Thanks to Sbloom85 above) I have learned how to find the files and have come up with a "Video Tutorial" you can use to, to help you find an easy step by step way to find and install the Luna Engine Base.

Thank you and I hope I can help you as I have been helped.

The location will be under your "SteamApps\common\RPGVXACE\dlc" folder labelled "LunaEngine_x" where "x" is your language. I.E. "LunaEngine_ENG" for English.

From there, you'll see four subfolders, "Luna Engine Base"; "Luna Engine Complete Script List"; "Luna Engine Premade Demos" and "Luna Engine Tester Demos".

In each of these subfolders, there will be an RPG Maker VX Ace project file, double-click on this to open it up in the program.

I have two questions about Luna Engine Base. Why a different Game.exe ? Why the TRGSSX.dll ?

Game.exe just has a custom icon.

TRGSSX.dll is used in KGC Bitmap Script. Consult the manual for that info :)

@Celianna: Apologies my lady Celianna! I am never sure when to start a new thread, but will try to do better next time! If there were maybe a thread for small questions about Luna Engine which doesn't need it's own thread...

@Archeia: I SWEAR when last time I searched for trgssx I didn't get a single search result. Still, the filesize difference of the Game.exe results from the different Icons?

Control Switches: [0784300867:Get search results for trgssx in Luna Engine after asking in rpgmakerforum] = ON ;-)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
