M4A files doesn't work

Hey guys , i'm having a big trouble, i need the m4a file to get the audios files to android, but when i convert the ogg file to m4a it doesn't work, the game shows a error that says the file is not in the folder. someone help me

That happened to me. Check the bit rate. It has to be within a certain range or it will say that its not there even if it is.

i second this,  if you converted your own files,  it was a bad convert that HTML5 or WebAudio Doesn't understand
