So I was looking for a script that adds a Macro option to the battles, and works with Yanfly's battle engine core.  I haven't found anything that would allow you to make macro's out of battle that you can just run in battle.

It would be nice for a macro setup that allows players to choose what abilities each character will use for a fight, then instead of one by one choosing, they can select a macro and let it automate.

I think that is the wrong section of the Forum.

What do you mean by 'one by one choosing' and do you want this before every Fight?

Basically an "Auto Battle" option, except that you would be able to set up the priority of the characters actions, yes?

Essentially you'd have the option to choose the macros in your regular game menu, it would allow you to choose a skill from each char in the party, and make it a macro.  Then when a Fight starts, you can either choose the macro, or choose what each character does individually each turn.  Phantasy Star IV had this system, it allowed you to save something like 10-12 macros, and you could have them planned based off what you'd be fighting against.  Or if you just wanted to power level a bit, you could make macros with all your best spells, kill stuff, go rest, and repeat.
