Hey, everyone!  I've been browsing the forums and have found a number great scripts that allow you to add skill and weapon class levelling, but I have yet to find one that allows elemental proficiency.  To give this context, each of my actors has their own perk tree which allows them to unlock skills, boost stats, and increase weapon proficiency, but in the instance of mage classes, I'd like to be able to increase their magical power with specific elements (e.g. Earth, Water, Light, Dark, etc.). Is there a script out there that accomplishes this? Or do you know of a way to do so? Also, if there is an alternative method that accomplishes essentially the same feat, I'm open to ideas.

For some reason, Dekita's script comes up with an error. Line119: NameError occurred. undefined method 'load_stat_control' for class 'RPG::skill'. I was hoping to contact him on his forum or through PM, but it seems he's no longer active.  Do you have any idea what might be wrong?

It is most probably because:

# -- Requires : $D13x - Statistic Control

The method giving the error is not a default method, so it must come from a custom script, and it must be from the required script if I follow logic.

Install the required script above the Proficiency Skills script and it should not give that error.

Hahaaa...that would definitely explain it.  Thank you for pointing that out.

EDIT:  Added the Statistic Control script and the game runs smooth now.  Thanks again!

Don't forget, aspiring writers: Personality isn't what your characters do, it is WHY they do it.
Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
The biggest debate we need to complete on which is better, Waffles or Pancakes?
