@Tolubot Typically, when you find a resource, you will either see a link or an image. If you see an image, right click and select save as. If you see a link, click it and download from there. It is against the rules to ask about downloading resources since it distracts creators, and almost every page has an answer somewhere in the replies.
Maig Memple is unusual. Unlike a lot of creators, they has their resources spread throughout their replies so you will have to go through the responses. Generally, you need to click their pictures (each one has a link) and save from there. You can save from the main page, but it might be a jpg instead of a png like generators need.
I am working on adaptations for Maig Memple, and sometimes, I'll post an example of the work with a link to either my page or the Maig Memple folder I have on dropbox. If you'd like those parts, go to
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hokcn0fqq72i7py/AACKAeEE9e20jm9IAR6VSvmia?dl=0 for the folder holding Maig Memple's resources or go to
https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/kids-parts.92908/ if you'd like to look at my actual page and see the terms or more examples.
In other news, I've finished 2 more sheets for the sister rear hairs that I refer to as Tomboy cuts. Someone better at fashion can tell you the right term, but that's what they're named right now. Here's a picture of the one without bangs.

Here's the link to the folder it's in
