Is there a way to make a map item that displays a picture of the overworld?

As well as creating two spots on it,

One that shows were you currently are, and one that shows where your next destination should be?

the first is absolutely no problem, just a single show picture and an invisible show text (for waiting until keypress) and an erase event.

the first spot is some mathematics (calculating current position relative to map picture for a second show picture with the first spot)
the second spot is more complex and will require a lot of conditional branchesto check the current destination.

Hey.
Your map, does she's according to the current map of the player ?
Like showing the map of where you're currently are or the world map only ?

Also, on wich screensize is your game ? (For the math)
The currently position is quite easy (Well, no, it does require some math) [Come to think about it, it's not that much simple, if you're not on the worldmap it would demand to set the data before leaving the worldmap, but with a variable bank it's makeable ... (I understand myself) ] but the next destination I think about two way :
We set an variable who will guide us to an variable bank (X an Y of every next destination)
We set the X and Y destination manually (Via event)
I think the variable bank is a little better (Less troublesome to manage)

Edit :
Also, which exactness must have the map ?

Remember that it's just a demo (With a lot of comments) so just copy / paste it probably won't work.
I stay avaible if you need help, however you should be abble to understand it with the comment.
