Making an item category disappearfrom shop menus?

I'm currently using Yanfly's Item Categories plugin and was wondering if there was a way to remove the "Collected Works" and "Cards" categories from shop menus?

You CAN buy the "Collected Works" in bookstores across my world, but they unlock synthesis recipes, as well as offering various lore tidbits and other 'optional' exposition, so I'd like them to not be sell-able...
