How would I make it so the Actor can't fight until there health is at 50% like they don't want to hurt there opponent but then when enough damage is done there like I've got no choice then takes out there katana

How would I get it so that they can't move for a few turns I was thinking of them using there fist then taking out there katana but kind of makes no point of him not wanting to fight if he'll just use his fist instead so is there a way to keep the Actor still and can't attack until there health is at 50% I've set up the troops so that when his health is at 50% it makes a sword sound and he's then suppose to have his sword out

but before then he doesn't want to hurt his opponent as it's a old friend

any ideas would be great thankyou

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
