What kind of content do you wanna show? Like a developer's diary?
You can create a thread for a project in development and periodically add videos to your thread, but that is only if the project is already started.
You can also search for the correct areas in these forums to post WIP works and screenshots of your game. Examples are the Game and Map Screenshots thread and The Resource WIP thread.

Ah, of course you are allowed to. Some others do it as well. (Including live streaming on YouTube and Twitch while developing their RPG Maker game.)

Tonbi's MZ material factory
That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. 
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design...
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
