Map resets?

I'm not sure really where to post this but this seemed to be the correct place.

So for some reason, a map will entirely reset back to water, and delete every event except for the player start position. This occurs at random simply when I click on a map to view or edit it. I save several times and it still resets my map. I'm not sure if this is a bug or my incompetence (I only purchased RM2k3 a little over a week ago), and is something easily solvable.

Where did you store your project?
Please give us the full filepath from drive letter to project directory and tell us which Windows you're using.

This could be caused by having the project stored in a cloudfolder or a restricted folder or something similiar.

@swekzu As your file path will, by definition, be different from the OP's, we are unable to help you directly in this thread - that would be hijacking.

You might like to wait and see what solution emerges here before posting your own thread.
