@kenibatz love the char sprites. They are so cuteeeeee. And they have amazing face expressions when laughing.:p The story is super engaging, and the prizes are...
@Gin : Thank you! I'm glad you liked the story. Did the ending surprise you? While this game was only a short introduction, I hope to tell more stories with these characters in the future. Using the Time Fantasy DLC for this project was fun; working with the expressions really added character. And yes, horay for the prizes! :guffaw:

@kenibatz : I enjoyed the Number Guessing mini-game first, followed by Cipher and least of all the Rock Paper Scissors (due to the complete randomisation). I didn't complete the game to the end yet, but it's overall enjoyable.
@Susan : Thanks for playing! Number Guessing was the easiest to setup. Cipher required a bit of Ruby magic. I agree that the RPS can be pretty frustrating so I made the opponent's personality a little aggravating to reflect the fact. :guffaw:

If anyone is having problems playing the No-RTP version, I updated the links on my post above to include the full version.

Cheers to everyone who participated! :D

@Zheg : Could you please reupload your mini-game. I can't seem to download it to try. :kaocry:
@dragoonwys :
Your mini-game looks like fun, although it looks more like it's based on luck than anything else. I would personally prefer a bit of hint of where the ball might drop. Never play Pachinko before, though.
@hiddenone :
It was really fun to find the fairy. I love memory and concentration games like this one.
@GoodSelf :
It was a fun little game to try to avoid the heroes, while having to switch on the switches, and get the treasure chests. I expected the collision with the heroes to force me to restart the current level, but they simply disappeared. At least in this way, I got to play all the way to the end. Good job. :kaojoy:
@Matic :
Yours is a nice memory and fetch game, although I personally found it a bit tedious to keep memorising the different places of the ingredients each time, and the slow speed of the player makes it feel a bit more of a chore than it probably should have been. Those gripes aside, good work with your game. :kaophew:
@KerriganSaila :
Nice little push-the-boxes game. It was a bit slow to get to the actual mini-game. My only gripes were the pink tint and that I had to restart the levels from the beginning even if I lost at level 3.
@Dalph :
Your game sucks~ *shot!* :kaoback:
Yes, really.
Okay, so I admit, it was pretty hilarious, and fun. The results were varying too. I wouldn't say too much here, because it'll spoiler a lot of fun stuff about the game. :kaosalute:
wich mini-game?

Great job for making a minigame, everyone! :rhappy: It's interesting to see all the different takes on minigames.
@Dalph It's a fun little game, unfortunately all the food made me so hungry that I had to give up and go make myself something. :rswt

@Matic There's alchemy involved, so I automatically liked it. The differences between the difficulties were a nice touch (though I don't really like having to make lots of notes of where things are while playing). I do have to agree with Susan though, the walk speed seemed much to slow, I think it would be nicer if either you could run or the rooms were smaller, possibly with less time available to balance it out.

@GamesOfShadows The lights in the game bothered me, but the minigames were pretty fun. I liked how the pizza got more stuff on it as you caught things.

@KerriganSaila The pushing minigame was interesting, though I wish it was a bit more random. I think I would've finished it on the first try if I hadn't accidentally kicked one of the boxes into the wall and had realized the crystals gave me more time.

@HexMozart88 You had a really interesting idea for the minigame, but I had issues getting it to work. It seemed like me clicking on the squares only made me grab it or let go once out of ten tries, which made for lots of random clicking.

@Gin It seems like well-implemented rock-paper-scissors, so good job. But I have terrible luck, so randomness is not good for me. :rsad:

@Susan I like memory games like yours, so I quite enjoyed the game. The cues being both sounds and balloons was a nice touch.

@dragoonwys I loved the idea of making a pachinko-like game, though the randomness of where the ball would land sure didn't like me (I won once out of ten tries...). Maybe five possible places is too many to have a good chance of winning.

@GoodSelf Avoiding the heroes was fun, since it mostly relied on learning their patterns. It would've been really cool if you could have added random placements for the heroes, so that each time would be slightly different.

@kenibatz All three minigames were well done. I enjoyed that all the ciphers were based off of foods, I'd feel really smart when I could guess what it was before figuring out all the letters.

@Zheg I can't download your 15 puzzle game, the link just takes me to the dropbox sign-in page.

@hiddenone Thanks for the feedback. It was a little difficult to implement that in the first place, however, holding shift makes it much easier.

@hiddenone:
Thanks a lot for trying it. Just for curiosity, what did you prepare (in real life)? I would like to know the side effects of my game, hahaha.
I tried your game too, very nicely made, reminds me about the card game against the Puera monsters in Legend of Legaia.
You made the cards by yourself right? I remember seeing them as a resource somewhere around here.

A weird fact about this contest is that there are 4 entries involving fairies (no idea why), Susan's game has one, hiddenone's game has one, my game has one too and Gin's game has many, hahaha. :rswt

@Dalph My fridge is pretty empty, so I ended up just making some chicken and rice. I want to try making nutellosa if I can though, it sounds tasty. I did make the cards, I didn't want to use normal playing cards so I whipped them up from some of the default enemy and battleback images.

Wow, that´s a cool similarity. :popcorn:
And you and Kenibatz had Salmons in the game.(yours caramelized, and his in the form of a riddle).And I almost put a fish in my mini game too, but then I was so tired that I dropped the idea. And I think the party game had fish as one of the pizza ingredients too, but I´m not sure(need to check it):p

So many of these are amazing! Is there any chance that any of you participants would release your eventing/js to make these (after the contest is judged, of course)? I bet many of us newbies would learn a lot.

I know that my mini game is unencrypted. Feel free to download it, open it up and your maker, and take a look at all the events that make it run. I'm sure many of the other creators would not mind helping out as well!

@Gin @Susan @hiddenone - Thx. I'm very happy to hear that :) You can disable the light in the options. ;)
@Carduus - I uploaded my project to Steam-Workshop (if you are interested, you can download it). IMPORTANT: I've made it a little more complicated. Do not ask how/why... :rolleyes:
For all: Good work! It is interesting to see all of the ideas and minigames. Good luck to you all!

PS: In "CookyMan" the lights can be buggy. I will fix that soon + I will make a new Threat in "Early Project Feedback" soon.
And sorry for my english ^^

Thank you @hiddenone ! I think I was playing a farming sim game while I was making the cipher solutions; hence the all the food. :D I share your sense of accomplishment when I figure out the solutions, too! I know it sounds odd since I made the game, but cryptoanalysis can be pretty tricky! :guffaw:

@Gin That's a great coincidence! Maybe a little too great. It's a little strange, isn't it? In fact, that's kinda...(sorry, I can't help it)...fishy. :p:D But seriously, that is a cool coincidence. Great minds. ;)

Congrats and cheers to everyone! This was a very fun contest with so many great entries.
I personally don't care if I didn't reach the top 3 because this event actually helped me to finally finish something, and gave me a few good ideas to turn what I made into a series.

Again congrats not only to the winners but to all the others too!

8D Eyyy, congratulations to the winners!
It was neat to see all the mini games everyone came up with, some of them I never could have thought of making with rpgm. ^^

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
