Hi:

Just wondering whether there's any way to mass click X when importing new tilesheets?

I've been doing it manually and it's pain, especially when I just purchased like 10 new tilesets...

Thank you all.

Nope. One by one. Unless you know of someone who already uses those tilesets and can send you their Tilesets data file with all those settings, or if there's a demo project included and you can copy/paste the tileset slot from there to your new project.

In MZ, you can right or left click, hold down the mouse button, then swipe across the various tiles to flip them as well.

Hi, Shaz:

Could you please elaborate on that?
I've bought a few assets with demo projects but I still had to do it manually.

Here is what I did:
1) Import the graphics to the img\tilesets
2) F9 to add the tileset to the system.
3) Go to the passage tile and do it manually.

Am I missing something?

Thank you.

Thank you, Aesica!

I also just discovered this a few minutes ago.
Definitely a timesaver compared to my old ways.

It's these little time savers that make all the difference XD thanks for asking the exact question I was about to ask!

After adding your tileset to the correct folder, open up your editor and click on the tilesets tab. Do the same with the sample project. Copy the tileset from the sample project to your project.

Voila, no manual passage setting needed. If I didn't explain that clearly enough, let me know.

I feel like that should have been obvious to me, but I totally didn't think of it XD

Thank you!!

Thank you!!!

I literally spent HOURS clicking on tiny X's today (I knew it was hours cuz I set an alarm).

Now I can focus on other important issues of game-making.

This tip is so valuable! All the tutorials and youtube videos I've watched only talked about being able to do it manually. Although the resources were mostly for older editors.
