Hello!
I'm going to start making an rpg for rmxp but I lost my old master tileset that my sister gave me. I was wondering if anyone here had it?

What is a "master" tileset? If you mean the base resources, you can download that by going to the top where it says Download, selecting "Run Time Packages" and downloading the one for XP. If you had something more, a tileset compiled from community resources, I'm not sure we can help much.

I'm still not sure what you are wanting. The "base resources" are the resources that you get when you purchase the engine. For 2k3, XP, VX and VX Ace, these come as a Run Time Package - which is where the term "RTP" resources comes from. I'd suggest you download the XP RTP and see if that is what you are wanting. Because otherwise, I don't know of any "master" tileset.

Some people copied together tilesets, and some might have called each of them their own "master" tileset, but those were in fact different tilesets and there never was anyone officially called "the master".
Additionally, doing it that way has a big problem: the larger the tileset, the more data the engine needs to load, and the slower the launch of both editor and engine becomes. If you want a good performance, you remove anything you don't need from your tileset...

All in one XP tilesets make up 20% of images.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
