I noticed you guys have already mentioned a little bit about this but I've found the black lines showing up for me (see pic below)
the MapZoom is set to 2 and the black line shows up every 19th box (Not sure if that is reference to the Dark Tower, but anyway!)
I only skimmed through the posts so forgive me if this problem is resolved just thought I'd mention it.
Honestly it's not that big a deal, just was wondering if there was an easy fix for it... If not no problem, thanks for an awesome plugin (still wanting to call them scripts LOL)

An problem when i set "MapZoom set 0.5 duration 120"

if you can make video to see what happened when zoom, it will more easy for make a diagnostics

I use galv auto message busts.
And i tried to write [zoom] at the picture file, but it dont zoom ;_;
Is this possible to build this function in your script or the problem is on galvs script?

Love this plugin! I've noticed when I use the touch screen method of moving my character, it's out of sync. I click a spot to walk and instead it takes me to a tile that's far away. Is there a way to remedy this?

Hi! I don't know if this thread is still active.


I'm having a problem when using this plugin. When I start the game with a set zoom,  the error "cannot set property 'y' of undefined" pops up and I can't play. 


Is there any solution to it?

Hi, love the script but I'm looking to find a way to have the map zoom out, is there a way I can do this? I have tried something like: MapZoom set -2.0 duration 120 but it just makes the map go crazy.

1 = 100%


2 = 200%


0.5 = 50%


use decimal for zoom out.

I thank you for the quick response, that solves my problem for zooming out, but I'm not sure if this is a discovered glitch- but when zooming out within 0.1 to 0.9 a flickering black lines show almost like a grid- I'm guessing it's having difficulty with pixels or something anyone get this problem?

my side, i have not this glitch, but you can try use in a new project to see if this happened.
If yes , is one of your plugin.
If not .... maybe your gpu or . i don't know...
My side not issue with the zoom out, i use 0.8 and 0.9 for a 1600x900 resolution game

Hmm my resolution is currently 1920x1080, might be that. Default resolution on my monitor also. I'll do some experimenting.

is a hard resolution for WEBGL engine :)
but try in new project with only this plugin and try found if is one of your plugin parameter.

Is there any way to make this script work with a parallax or binding the picture to the map? I love this zoom and want to leave it on for the whole game, but I also have shading I'd like to do.

- You can make some images scale along with the map (just add [Zoom] to their names).
It seems to automatically scale "Pictures" (using the Show Picture command). Any way to disable this?

Hey guys.
I have one problem. If i use some things that will displayed on events like galvs message styles or an notification window, that appears over the players head, than it all get shifted.

Here a screenshot as example:

Is there a way to fix it?
SRDs Camera Core do not have this problem and Galvs Screen Zoom, too.
But this both have other problems :D
