MDF reducing MP cost if it's higher than skill cost

Wondering if this is possible. Trying to make all charecter/enemy stats other than HP, MP, ATK and DEF have secondary uses

So i was wondering if there was a script out there that allows the MP cost of specific skills to be reduced by N if MDF is higher than the base cost. This is supposed to represent wisdom allowing someone to conserve their resources, while still getting the full effect of the skill

Sorry, I didn't notice this was in the VX forums - but it looks like my answer is still true! Yanfly has a Skill Cost Manager plugin for VX Ace.
